Old Lake Highlands crime watch activities are conducted by neighbors and residents who volunteer their time so that our neighborhood can be a safe place to live and play.  All crime watch participants are graduates of the city’s Volunteers in Patrol (VIP) program.  Please visit www.northeastcrimewatch.org for more information about the VIP program.
