Greg E.
PRESIDENT
Greg and his wife Kathy moved to Dallas in 2010 and then to OLH in 2017. They have two adult children, who both live nearby in Dallas with their families. Greg is a retired technology executive and continues to work on his next act, which includes giving back to his community. Greg and Kathy have lived in 8 different cities across the U.S. and spent 7 years living outside the U.S., first in Singapore and then London. But of all the places they lived, they have lived in OLH the longest. Their rescue dog Cinder enjoys meeting people and four legged friends throughout our pet friendly community during their walks together.
-
Jean H.
VICE PRESIDENT
Jean moved to Dallas early in her hospitality career, with relocations taking her and her late husband to Boca Raton, FL; San Diego, CA; and Atlanta, GA. In 2015, they chose Old Lake Highlands as their permanent home to be closer to their children and grandchildren.
When deciding where in Dallas to live, Jean and her husband prioritized safety, natural beauty, and an inclusive community—making Old Lake Highlands the perfect fit.
Now retired, Jean enjoys spending time with her rescue dog, Honey, volunteering with Knit Dallas at a local senior living facility, and taking daily walks through the neighborhood and around White Rock Lake. She also tends a garden, cheerfully admitting it’s a work in progress but one she continues to pursue with enthusiasm.

Chanda R.
SECRETARY
Chanda and her husband Billy have woven their lives into the fabric of our community with enthusiasm. Their journey began in 2013, freshly embarked on the adventure of marriage, with dreams of finding a neighborhood that echoed their values of safety, education, and an active lifestyle. The proximity to White Rock Lake was a beacon for them, as both are avid lovers of the outdoors and all things sports. Their home became a haven of love and laughter with the arrival of their daughter Olivia in 2015, and more recently, the addition of their playful dog, Lexi, in 2023.
Chanda's roots are deeply embedded in the rich soils of rural Western Oklahoma, where generations of her family have tended to the land. She is a previous collegiate athlete with a BS in Finance. Following a successful career as an executive in the multi-family industry, Chanda joined forces with Billy at RJA Construction, LLC, blending her robust executive experience with their shared passion for building and nurturing homes, not just houses.
The Rousseau family generously give back through volunteer work at their church, local schools, and within our neighborhood. They believe a servant-hearted approach, coupled with a genuine love for community engagement, will continue to make Old Lake Highlands not only a place to live but a place to thrive.

Emily S. and Jason N.
COMMUNICATIONS & HOME OF THE MONTH
Jason and Emily, along with their yellow lab Charlie, have called OLH home since 2019. Jason, who swapped his Southern California roots for Dallas skies back in ’93 during his SMU days, is an advertising veteran with a knack for clever copy and big ideas. Emily, a proud UT Austin alum, traded in the fast pace of East Coast advertising and building some of the largest brands in the country for her true passion—real estate—right here in Dallas. Together, they’re thrilled to use their creative experience to help bring to life the neighborhood they love so much. If you see them out walking their dog, give ‘em a wave or say hello! They’re friendly. We promise.

Jake W.
MEMBERSHIP DIRECTOR
Jake and his wife Amber have spent over 25 years in Lake Highlands. They both grew up in the area, attending Highlander Christian School, St. Patrick’s, then Ursuline Academy and Jesuit College Prep. Their roots run deep in East Dallas which made OLH the perfect place for them to move their family back home to after having spent the last 8 years in Southern California. OLH was always a neighborhood they both admired given its proximity to White Rock Lake and the stunning views of Downtown. They live with their daughter June and their fur baby Charlie Bear. They enjoy spending as much time outdoors as possible; gardening, walking the neighborhood, having picnics at White Rock Lake, and enjoying all the great things East Dallas has to offer.
-
Elizabeth D.
EVENTS DIRECTOR
Elizabeth grew up in Dallas attending Christ the King and Ursuline Academy. She moved to OLH in 2020. Elizabeth works on a political campaign and is currently pursuing an MBA at SMU Cox School of Business. She also serves on the Dallas County Historical Commission. In her free time, you can find her walking around White Rock Lake with her dog Stripes, working in the yard, hosting a dinner party or reading a good book.

Jim moved from New York to Dallas in 1975. He was a charter member and later chairman of Dallas’ first Volunteers in Patrol (VIP) group. He also attended the Citizen’s Police Academy. While living near Houston, he served for 14 years as a volunteer firefighter. After retiring from a geology career, Jim moved back to Dallas, settling in Old Lake Highlands. He enjoys sailing and serves as Maintenance Chairman for the White Rock Boat Club.

Robert C.
ZONING & DEVELOPMENT
Having lived in Lake Highlands since 2004, Robert and his wife Tracy have raised their son here—who is about to graduate from college. Robert is a principal at GSR Andrade Architects, a firm based in Dallas’ historic West End. A member of the AIA and Preservation Dallas, his recent architectural work includes civic and municipal projects in East Dallas, including improvements at the Dallas Arboretum and local recreation centers.
As a long-term resident, he values the area's many assets, particularly White Rock Lake, which his family enjoys throughout the year, reflecting their deep ties to the neighborhood. After moving to OLH, they proudly opened their home for the 2024 White Rock Home Tour. You will see them pretty much every day relaxing on the front porch or tending to their native landscaped yard. Robert’s latest favorite sandwich is Maria’s Roast Beef from District 9 Draught Haus.
